Depression is a very serious mental illness, but unfortunately the millenial generation is about as serious as the Joker from Batman. Depression is simply an extreme and will be used in general conversation like starving. Our generational ability to use hyperbole is facisnating, but even more facisinating is the fact that throughout the use of hyperbole we still find ourselves in situations that easily offend us. This paper is both a personal reflection and social commentary that is not intended for individuals that do not wish to reflect on themselves and subsequently the society around them.
